Stefanie S. Cutler is a partner with Ruttenberg Cutler Broomer, LLP. Ms. Cutler concentrates her practice in on probate, trusts and fiduciary litigation. Ms. Cutler also handles probate and trust administration, power of attorney, conservatorship and guardianship matters.
Actively involved in the legal community, Ms. Cutler serves on the Executive Committee for the Trust and Estate Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and is a current and former Co-Chair of the Trust and Estate Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.

Sarah S. Broomer is a partner of Ruttenberg Cutler Broomer, LLP. Sarah’s practice includes all aspects of complex conservatorship, fiduciary, trust, guardianship, and estate litigation, as well as the mediation of disputes. Sarah is also the Chair of the firm’s Estate Planning section, and handles all aspects of estate planning, family succession planning, charitable giving, special needs planning, and insurance trusts, as well as the handling of property tax and reassessment matters.

Gary M. Ruttenberg practiced law in California from 1971 to 2021. His practice emphasized estate planning and litigation, guardianships, conservatorship administration and elder law. Clients included banks and trust companies, private professional fiduciaries and individuals. Gary was a fellow of the American College of Trust Estate Counsel and was a State Bar of California certified specialist in Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law.
